“Count Me, Include Me” is my Mission 2020

As the president of NFDN, in 2018, I suggested “Count Me, Include Me” the national theme of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, December 3 rd 2018 to the Ministry of Women Children and Senior Citizen during the meeting of main event organizing committee. The theme was accepted and I felt very proud of that because it was a strong slogan of people with disabilities particularly to claim their meaningful and contributing participation in the whole development   process. After that time the slogan was established as the main voice of people with disabilities. This theme was highly appreciated by youth with disabilities and now they are promoting this theme as the main motto of their campaign of inclusion. After my departure from NFDN, I have engaged myself in the capacity building and organizing youth with disabilities in the disability rights movement and supporting themselves to conduct disability rights campaign which I am enjoying a lot.
