Continue working since 1993 years of experience in establishing and leading various civil society developing, managing, monitoring and evaluating projects focused at the betterment of life of the vulnerable communities. A master trainer having facilitated national and international trainings on inclusive development, access to justice, inclusive governance, social inclusion, gender and disability, study and research. Worked in constitution making process, various law policy formulation closely with the government of Nepal as a legal expert, Worked in drafting to the endorsement process of disability rights act. Worked as an expert in making national policy and plan of action for persons with disability, worked as a disability desk advisor at prime minister’s office. Working as an active member in SDG localization process in Nepal. Had been an Asoka fellow and champion of change award awardee. Australia Awards Global Alumni member since 2018. Working as a Team leader Advocacy Awareness Program KOSHISH.
